Dajwór 17 - a development that lives and breathes culture

Kazimierz is an extraordinary district - a living organism in which history intertwines with the present: narrow streets, tenement houses that remember the turn of the century, and music spilling out onto the cobblestones from atmospheric pubs in the evenings.

By buying an apartment or a commercial unit here, you acquire not merely space - the future owner becomes part of the cultural fabric of the district, which for decades has attracted artists, creators and travellers from all over the world. A commercial unit in this location is a natural meeting place, and an apartment - an address that is a calling card in itself.

Our development is located in the immediate vicinity of Szeroka Street - a place that has pulsed with life for years and has witnessed the meeting of many cultures. It is here that tenement houses, synagogues and café gardens create a space in which history constantly interweaves with the present, and a walk at any time of day or year turns into a journey through the stories of many generations.

Szeroka Street is not only a picturesque public space, but above all a meeting place - for residents, artists, restaurateurs and guests visiting Kraków from all over the world. It is here that music from the cafés resounds in the evenings, while during the day the everyday life of the district unfolds, built over generations by the diversity of people and traditions.

To live or run a business in such a neighbourhood means having this unique atmosphere literally on your doorstep - all year round, not just on special occasions.

Progress

We are currently constructing the floor slab above the second floor, which marks another significant step in the progress of the building's reinforced concrete structure. At the same time, reinforcement works on the reinforced concrete walls at attic level have begun, preparing the structure for the further stages of the works. The apartments on floors +1 and +2 are already taking on their final shapes, and from the loggias on these floors we can admire remarkably charming views of Kazimierz.

Finishing materials

The details that build timeless architecture.

In our development, the façade is not merely the building's outer shell – it is a carefully designed composition of materials, proportions and light that gives the structure its unique character.

The façades facing Dajwór Street and Bawół Square have been shaped by a rhythmic arrangement of windows, symmetrically positioned loggias and roof dormers, whose axes correspond with the window openings on the lower floors. As a result, the building's form gains a harmonious and orderly expression, fitting into the historic context of Kazimierz while retaining a contemporary character.

We have devoted particular attention to the finishing materials. The façade will be created from natural stone and clinker tiles – noble, durable materials that age beautifully over time.

One of the most important stages of the project is selecting the right colours and textures of the individual elements. It is precisely the subtle differences in shades, the surface structure and the way the materials react to changing light that determine the final perception of the architecture.

The heart of the façade will be carefully selected sandstone from Mucharz – a natural stone of exceptional aesthetic qualities, subjected to precise processing. Its noble texture and colour will give the building elegance and authenticity, creating architecture rooted in local tradition while meeting contemporary quality standards.

It is precisely such details that give rise to a building which not only blends harmoniously into the fabric of Kazimierz, but has the chance to become a natural part of it for decades to come.

Progress

Until recently, this was unused space serving as a car park. Today it is becoming a place that opens an entirely new chapter – a space created with entrepreneurs in mind, those who want to grow their business in one of Kraków's most exceptional locations.

As part of the investment, carefully designed commercial units will be created, combining timeless architecture with functionality that meets contemporary needs. Every space has been thought out so that it can become a natural backdrop for new ideas, ambitious ventures and brands building their future.

For years, Kazimierz has attracted people seeking authenticity, quality and a unique atmosphere. It is a place where history meets modernity, and local businesses co-create the character of the district. That is precisely why the designed units have been tailored to their future owners – flexible, representative and ready to grow together with their vision.

Just look at the night-time panorama of Kazimierz. The atmospheric streets, vibrant restaurants, galleries and cafés create a unique energy that cannot be recreated in any other part of the city. Can you imagine a better place to begin a new story for your business?

This is not just a new investment. It is a chance to become part of a place that has inspired, attracted and allowed exceptional ventures to flourish for generations.

Progress

Our investment is steadily taking shape. Reinforced concrete works are currently underway at level +1, including the construction of the walls and floor slabs of the next storey.

At the same time, together with the design team, we are refining the final details that will emphasise the timeless character of the architecture. The last arrangements are underway regarding the colour scheme of the façade stone, window joinery and aluminium fittings – materials and solutions selected with the highest quality, aesthetics and durability in mind.

We will soon present to you the effects of these decisions, which will give the investment its unique, prestigious character.

Progress

The dismantling of steel props has freed up further fronts for reinforced concrete works, allowing us to significantly accelerate the work. We are currently carrying out the concrete floor slab above level -1, and progress is visible day by day. We will soon reach the next important stage – the completion of zero status.

Progress

Comprehensive pit securing has been completed and earthworks within the building area have been finished, conducted under strict archaeological supervision. Work is currently underway on the construction of the foundation slab along with deepenings, which represent the next key stage of the investment's realisation.
