Discover Dajwór

In its heart, at Dajwór Street, an exceptional development has been located, which fits in with the historical spirit of the area while offering the highest living comfort. The elegant building, which is inspired by the cultural and architectural heritage of Kazimierz, provides many benefits of modern construction.

A place that connects

  • The Old Synagogue in Kazimierz
    01A rich history
  • Aerial view of the Vistula and the Bernatka Footbridge
    02Art and architecture
  • Historic trams at the depot
    03Science
  • A Kazimierz courtyard
    04Unique atmosphere

Kazimierz is the most fascinating part of Kraków. The former splendour of the historic district has been revived in recent years in the form of various cultural events, art galleries, trendy eateries, atmospheric vintage shops or handicraft shops. At the same time, traces of the past can be seen at every turn: the historic Old Synagogue, the Galicia Jewish Museum, but also cobbled streets and historic courtyards of townhouses.

Today, as centuries ago, Kazimierz is a meeting place for different cultures and nationalities. Its unique atmosphere and numerous cultural events, including the international Jewish Culture Festival and ending with intimate concerts in the Alchemia Club, to name just a few, attract people from all over the world.

The city of Kazimierz – as this unusual district was a separate city until 1800 – is not only unique tenement houses and traces of a multicultural past located in sacred monuments such as the Basilica of Corpus Christi or St. Catherine of Alexandria Church, but also a dynamic street art space. The street art decorating the walls here creates a unique atmosphere and perfectly emphasises the rebirth of the district, bringing generations together and making Kazimierz a living open-air gallery.

A place for the most demanding

Dajwór is an example of carefully planned architecture that fits in with the unique character of Kraków's Kazimierz district. The light-coloured façade with subtle details alludes to classical forms. Spacious loggias and large glazed areas will let you enjoy both illuminated interiors and panoramic views of the charming surroundings. The architectural gem of our investment project is the exposed and revitalised wall, being a ‘witness’ to the history of Kazimierz.
